To be the creator of your life you need to know who you are
Your actions will come from inner balance and trust in your journey instead of pushing yourself around. Pushing will cost you a lot energy.

I have all my attention for you in the sessions and I will guide you through your thoughts, feelings and emotions. By expressing what is going on inside yourself you will sink deeper within. This is like falling leaves: the leaves that fall from a tree first move through the air, up and down, before they hit the solid ground. By getting deeper within you will understand what your solid ground is. To get there you will have to go through necessary movement. This requires courage.
Since I believe in the uniqueness of every individual there is not a go to method that can be applied to solve problems. Therefore I combine all information you give me on cognitive, sensory and emotional level with my intuition and knowledge from previous jobs, personal experience and my studies to guide you. I graduated for a bachelor and master Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychosocial Basic Knowledge (PSBK) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
The sessions will be based on:
