I decided to write a series of blogs containing practical exercises focused on the development of psychological flexibility. The series is called: Right Now.
Psychological flexibility means that you learn how to handle the high and low moments of life. Everybody knows that life is not always like a fairy tale. Although, knowing it does not mean that we accept it.
The exercises are based on the behavioral therapy Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I combine this with my own experiences.
My goal is to offer tools for immediate use. In order to help others. Because every moment is the right moment to start and make steps. Instead of feeling blocked in loops of emotional disbalance.
